Moreover, @airindia sent the bag to Delhi instead of Patna and when my dad and mom asked for missing bag, the officials told them, the bag carried objectionable items.
Mannerless staffs harassed my parents ! It can be u next! Choose wisely

@airindia chaotic airlines, unsafe travel, pathetic staffs and terrible customer service ! My parents who was travelling through the airlines was told the loss of their bag is there responsibility if it is lost by airlines in the first place !
