There really is NO comparison between Gurgaon and Noida.

Noida is superior in almost every metric that actually affects your routine daily life: roads, drainage, planning, traffic, public spaces, connectivity, basic infrastructure and general liveability.

Gurgaon is “better” at a few things: nightlife, restaurants, corporate glitz, perhaps the social scene. Great if those are your priorities. (Noida has improved).

Journalist Palki Sharma on Thursday announced the launch of India Global Review (IGR), a digital-first global media company headquartered in India and focused on world affairs through an Indian lens.

The platform plans to roll out operations across the United States, Europe, West Asia, South Asia and Africa, among other regions, and on leading internet platforms as well as connected television (CTV) ecosystems.

According to a statement, the company has secured backing from institutional investors to support its initial phase of operations and scale its global footprint.

कुल मिलाकर लगभग ₹2500 हर महीने देने के बाद भी हाल यह है कि नेटवर्क इतना घटिया कि ठीक से कॉल भी नहीं होती और इंटरनेट बार-बार गायब हो जाता है।

आखिर ये कैसी डिजिटल क्रांति है?
जब पैसे पूरे लिए जाते हैं तो सर्विस आधी क्यों दी जाती है?

टेलीकॉम कंपनियाँ करोड़ों का मुनाफा कमाती हैं, बड़े-बड़े विज्ञापन करती हैं, लेकिन ग्राउंड पर नेटवर्क की हालत बदतर है।

अगर उपभोक्ता पूरा पैसा दे रहा है तो उसे पूरी सेवा भी मिलनी चाहिए।

अब समय आ गया है कि
टेलीकॉम कंपनियों की जवाबदेही तय हो।

One Tejas crash.
One pilot gone.
And suddenly…

I saw the videos.
I saw the fake outrage.
I saw people milking tragedy for Trending.
Circulating crash clips like gossip.
Dropping “RIP” posts like Instagram filters.

Where was this energy for 50 years?
Where was the concern when 400+ MiGs fell?
Where was the outrage when 170+ pilots died?
Where were the hashtags when families shattered?

Silence.
Complete silence.

Because those jets were imported.
Those crashes were “normal.”

But the moment one Made-in-India jet goes down?

Suddenly everyone wakes up.
Suddenly everyone has an opinion.
Suddenly Tejas becomes a punching bag.
Suddenly Indian scientists become a joke.
Suddenly Indian engineers become memes.
Suddenly everyone becomes an expert on G-forces.

The hypocrisy is not subtle.
It screams.

I didn’t react for 24 hours.
I didn’t post condolences.
I didn’t amplify the crash videos.

Because the pilot deserves dignity.

But then… I saw the pattern.
Influencers pushing negativity.
Politicians jumping in for mileage.

Foreign lobby bots pushing,
“India can’t build jets.”
“Tejas is unreliable.”

So I dug into the data.
And it was hiding in plain sight.

Here is the total loss count for each fighter jet.
Ranked from highest to lowest.

F-16: 674 losses
MiG-21: 600 losses
MiG-29: 300 losses
F-35: 29 losses
Su-35S: 10 losses
Gripen: 9 losses
Rafale: 8 losses
Eurofighter: 8 losses
F-22: 6 losses
Su-57: 3 losses
Tejas: 2 losses

Now the average losses per year since service began.

This is where the truth hits hard.

F-16: 14.3 per year
MiG-21: 9.1 per year
MiG-29: 7.1 per year
F-35: 2.9 per year

Su-57: 0.6 per year
Typhoon: 0.36 per year
Rafale: 0.33 per year

Tejas is statistically one of the safest jets ever built.
Not just in India.
Globally.

And yet, this is the jet people mock.

So what they really want?
They want outrage against Bharat.
They want to shout “India can’t build.”
They want to feed their colonial inferiority.
They want to attack anything proudly Indian.

A jet crash is tragic.
Always.
But it is normal in aviation.

Every nation loses jets.
Every air force accepts risk.
Every aircraft has failures.

An inquiry committee will investigate.
They will give the facts.

Until then, we should stop humiliating our own country.

Tejas is a miracle.
A generational leap.
A symbol of India standing on its own feet.
A machine built by Indian brilliance.

Very soon we will have our own engine too.

And if the empire loyal crowd can’t digest that?
We don’t care.

Stop mocking our engineers.
Stop sharing crash porn.
Stop pretending to care.
Stop cheering for failures of Indian innovation.

Because here is the truth.
Tejas didn’t crash Bharat.
Bharat crashed the colonial mindset.
And some people just can’t handle it.

एंटीबायोटिक्स बेअसर कैसे होती हैं? (Antibiotic Resistance)

जब किसी बैक्टीरिया पर गलत दवाई, गलत मात्रा या गलत अवधि तक एंटीबायोटिक दी जाती है, तो वह दवा को पहचानकर अपने अंदर बदलाव कर लेता है और भविष्य में उसी दवा से मरता नहीं।

इसे ही “एंटीबायोटिक रेजिस्टेंस” कहते हैं—विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन (WHO) इसे मानवता का सबसे बड़ा खतरा मानता है।

एंटीबायोटिक्स बेअसर कब होती हैं?

• बिना जरूरत एंटीबायोटिक लेने पर
• शुरुआत में ही कम डोज या गलत डोज से
• 7 दिन की जगह 2–3 दिन में दवा बंद करने पर
• वायरस वाली बीमारी में एंटीबायोटिक लेने पर (सर्दी–खांसी–ज़ुकाम 90% वायरल होते हैं)

ये सभी आदतें बैक्टीरिया को मजबूत बनाती हैं, इंसान को नहीं।

क्या असर पड़ता है? क्यों इतना खतरा है?

⚠️ 1. रेजिस्टेंट बैक्टीरिया का इलाज लगभग असंभव

जब मरीज को बैक्टीरियल इन्फेक्शन होता है, वही रेजिस्टेंट बैक्टीरिया शरीर में हमला कर देता है।
फिर सबसे बड़ी, महंगी और आख़िरी लाइन की दवाइयाँ (carbapenems, colistin) भी काम नहीं करतीं।

⚠️ 2. बैक्टीरिया के टॉक्सिन 24 घंटे में जान ले सकते हैं

और सही दवा पता करने वाली कल्चर-सेंसिटिविटी रिपोर्ट आने में 5–6 दिन लगते हैं।
इसी बीच कई मरीजों की मौत हो जाती है।

⚠️ 3. देश में ICU में 40–60% इंफेक्शन रेजिस्टेंट हो चुके हैं

रेजिस्टेंस बढ़ने के सबसे बड़े कारण ‼️👇🏼

1️⃣ झोलाछाप, कंपाउंडर और बिना डिग्री वाले लोग

इन्होंने आधी-अधूरी जानकारी से इलाज को धंधा बना रखा है।
ना बीमारी पहचान, ना डोज की समझ—बस सस्ता इलाज, मीठी बात और बदले में धीमा जहर।

2️⃣ मेडिकल स्टोर से बिना पर्ची दवाई लेना

कई मेडिकल स्टोर कमाई के लिए सस्ती और घटिया दवाइयाँ दे देते हैं—जो सीधे रेजिस्टेंस बढ़ाती हैं।

3️⃣ वायरल बीमारी में एंटीबायोटिक

ज्यादातर मौसम बदलने वाली बीमारी 5–6 दिन में खुद ठीक हो जाती है।
लेकिन लोगों की जल्दी ठीक होने की हड़बड़ी उन्हें उल्टा ICU तक पहुँचा देती है।

4️⃣ स्टेरॉयड का धड़ल्ले से इस्तेमाल

स्टेरॉयड तुरंत राहत देता है लेकिन—
• immunity खराब करता
• BP बढ़ाता
• sugar बढ़ाता
• infection को और बिगाड़ता
यह एक धीमा जहर है।

एंटीबायोटिक्स का सही उपयोग कैसे किया जाता है?

जैसे युद्ध में आखिर में परमाणु बम इस्तेमाल होता है, वैसे ही
एंटीबायोटिक आखिरी विकल्प है—पहला नहीं।

एंटीबायोटिक देने से पहले डॉक्टर—
✔ खून की जांच करता है
✔ समझता है कि वायरल है या बैक्टीरियल
✔ कौन-सी दवा उस बैक्टीरिया पर चलेगी
✔ कितनी डोज और कितने दिन देनी है
✔ दवा के दौरान साइड इफेक्ट और एलर्जी की निगरानी करता है

यही वैज्ञानिक चिकित्सा है।
