Paid over Rs 27000 to @airtelindia over the past year for Airtel Black Services. For 1 bar of signal and Fibernet that doesn't work in the adjacent room. Raising tickets daily still no help.

@Airtel_Presence Appalled by @airtelindia ‘s arm twisting and unresponsiveness. I was in a airtel black plan for postpaid and fibernet. However when I wanted to change my plan, I was showed in the app that this is fixed plan and call 121 to change plans or even just to view them.

Called 121 3 times over past 1 week to just remove my plan from fixed to custom. Each time yes sir we will do that, but they never do it. Yesterday i called & shouted upon which the lady said if you change you will loose 150Rs. discount and we cant let you back this plan again

Called 121; no help.
Asked to connect to a senior authority; asked me to hold for 30 mins, later informing no senior person is available.

Seems like porting from @airtelindia is the only viable option.

Expressed my dissatisfaction in some strong words and out of no where she said that there is a 1499 plan, but she can change it in an hour. I agreed

Hour has become days and I still have no info. Upon calling 121 I am being said that 1499 plan exists but cant give it to me.

I agreed and at this point I was tired and just wanted to know what were the available plans. The lady said there was a plan 1599 fiber plan with DTH and insisted me to take that. I had to repeatedly say I dont need DTH. She said only next available plan is of around 4k.
