@Siege4570 Just transferring the technology isn’t enough. Without guaranteed government launches for the first several years, shared use of existing ISRO facilities, and some financial support, that's becuz earlier LVM3 tech transfer failed with private companies (1/2)

A German design consultant was hired to finalise the drawings for Kinet. Official said this consultant was late in giving the fully approved design. This is one of the quieter reasons the project slipped by more than two years from the original plan
