@kishanreddybjp hello sir, we need your help in securing air india tickets to sydney.waited for 8 months and finally got a ticket for 29th oct after waiting 8 hrs in queue but it was cancelled.please help us to get rescheduled to nov 4th flight

@HardeepSPuri @airindiain So you dont open commercial flights and you dont allow us to board the flight if we want to transit via Malaysia. And now you just cancel flights to sydney and adelaide without any update. You now started playing with peoples emotions by cancelling delhi to adelaide sold flight

@airindiain Y is the 29 oct delhi to adelaide flight still shown in schedule.. y you give tickets and cancel the flights and play with people's emotions

@airindiain Much appreciate the Air India Hyderabad staff efforts to allocate tickets at the office. They were considerate and helpful. They have tried hard to secure tickets atleast for the people who have been waiting since early morning.. !!

@HardeepSPuri @airindiain At 6 pm only delhi office is operational and no one from south india is successful in securing ticket to australia. Please open bookings before 5pm so that atleast some from south india will get tickets thru AI offices

@HardeepSPuri @airindiain Hi, can you please open bookings for delhi to sydney route before 5pm. All the air india offices in south india close around 5pm or 5:30pm max but Most of the times the bookings to australia are opened at 6pm.

The call centre is such a crap and they informed the bookings will open at 8pm due to technical error intead of 6pm.All false details provided and when called later they just apologize..

Customer care drops the call and app shows error while booking.And now you don't allow transit to reach Australia
