@IndiaPostOffice hi i have placed order on Oct 29th from india to singapore on occasion of dussarrah.....it's been two wks but still one box still in Vijayawada and one in chennai.....there is no proper communication channel to reach out on this kind of issues ...

@IndiaPostOffice may i know what happened with my courier as u told u forwarded my issue to concerned department and it's been three WK since my courier packed and still no update ...i feel bad for using this and I should tell people not to use indiapost ever....no response at.

@IndiaPostOffice Why no one contacted me from respective. Team or department even after twitting sending mails and all ....this is how we r providing services.i seriously felt guilty using country's courier service where i thought it would safe and risk free .but i better create awareness On this
