This letter was sent by independent expert group named "UN rapporteur’s", not any motion or communication by governing body of UN.

This particular group have previously also written many letters to GOI, from release of Umar Khalid, alleged Kashmir atrocities, Waqf Law, 2019 abrogation of Article 370.

This particular letter was authored by Irene Khan & gang.

Who is She?

Bangladesh's Permanent Representative and Ambassador to the United Nations.

She has written multiple articles on Bharat, including appeal to treat Rohingyas as similar to the 1971 refugees from Bangladesh.

No wonder she & Khangress has issues with SIR & CEC Gyanesh Kumar Ji.

Draft as well as final list is shared with them, They can make claim and objection
