It is almost to 2 months now and my scooter is still at service centre. #olaectric raised a ticket but no action yet from my last tweet. They are just playing with the customers thats it. I am now suffering as I don’t have any other mode of commute.

Esplanade Bhubaneswar changed their so called facilitation charges. They are providing you free parking for 1 hr only It’s kind of looting the customers. I paid 60/- for a stay of 5hrs. It is more painful🥺

It's been near to 1 month my scooter is at service center and while inquiring they are saying it will take minimum 3 months.
this is like a torture from your service I am suffering.

Customer representative saying that the service station will take care of the drop off , service station was saying book through RSA and now saying no no we don’t do those things!
If we book RSA , the call will come after 3 hours. Then forget abt the emergency 🚨.

Every month i am getting an issue wih my ola s1 pro gen 2.
Recently the belt torned apart and the vehicle was standing on the middle of the highway.
I booked for RSA , but due to the delay and it was raining hard so i have to book the towing service by myself,

Unfortunately they didn’t. Now the service station saying they can’t provide the Drop off to home which they have provided earlier.

@OlaElectric I got my ola s1 pro on 23rd October. From that date my vehicle make ridiculous noise. The belt and motor making very high noise. I took it to service centre they are saying it is nothing. I literally can feel the belt under my foot . Please do something.
