I know no one cares when people say "I'm not going to be online/I'm here but I'm not" but just letting whoever cares that I'm not really up for being on here. Had some really devastating news today which I can't share but I wouldn't mind if any of you decided to check in on me
Serious question and a serious theme.

If you had a friend whose kid SA'd yours, would you still be friends with them?
Part 2: say the kid who SA'd them had a brain injury but had told them they knew what they were doing previously?
I'm on holiday and it's meant to be a great time but the person who harmed me is ruining it as is their parent who keeps messaging my dad. He's still friends with her and because he "didn't see it happen" won't do anything.

Friendly reminder to stay hydrated, keep cool & pay close attention to how much time you spend in the sun - especially if you're on antidepressants and other drugs for the treatment of mental illness.
The council also thought it was a good idea to put a streetlight facing into our upstairs windows a few years ago and now even blackout blinds aren't helping.
Also, there must be something going on in this village because the birds all seem to be on our roof squawking all night and the residents seem to think that screaming and shouting at each other at 11pm at night outside our window is an acceptable thing to do.
And... It has started. Every year, someone's car or house alarm goes off at around this time of night and they never do anything about it. This happens all summer long, usually around midnight and again around 6am. They never turn it off. It's so bloody annoying.
I will never begrudge my friends having kids, I just wish I wasn't penalised for not having kids. It just makes not being able to have my own hurt even more.
My cousin Abbie is walking 5 miles a day until she reaches 500 miles - all in the name of charity!

@butterfly_fee Sorry I'm so late replying! I've never eaten there so can't comment on the food etc but it should be for the price it cost to do it all up when my brother worked there.
I made it down the stairs and now I'm back to feeling lightheaded 3 hours later and I'm in so much pain. I'm not having a good day. Going to have a sofa day and hopefully get my bedding sorted tonight or tomorrow. These are the after effects of a stressful week.
Felt good this morning so I decided to have a shower, wash my hair & shave my legs ready for the ultimate sensory win: smooth legs on fresh bedding on top of a new mattress topper. During all that I nearly collapsed. My arms & legs got shaky, I got lightheaded & my body just 1/3
Felt cold. So I had a little lean in the shower, managed to finish my legs & hair & got out. Felt my way to my room & got dressed as the lightheadedness subsided but as soon as I started to stand up I got lightheaded & then the dizziness started at the top of the stairs. 2/3
