@MediaOCD Still patiently waiting on mine to ship with Zegapain, but excited to check it out for the 1st time when it comes in!

@Anime0t4ku People are extremely unwell. It’s sad to hear you deal with this when you’ve done nothing but provide awesome tools to the community.

[Anxious_Android32 @Anxs_Android32]

@PixelCNinja This is sweet, but let’s keep the physical media around and going strong.

[Anxious_Android32 @Anxs_Android32]

I can personally vouch that @MediaOCD is an excellent place to buy your anime. The packaging and rewards program are fantastic, and customer service is top-notch.

To all of those people who are either new to buying Anime on physical media or perhaps are lapsed in buying it but want to get back into collecting in a big way, I say this: now IS the time.

If your finances allow you to do that then support great companies like Animeigo/Media OCD, Sentai Filmworks, Media Blasters, MVM and All The Anime/Anime Limited.

We need to keep competition for Sony/Crunchyroll alive, don't let them control the market and allow a potential situation where you can only buy from them in the future. What they're doing with Crunchyroll's exclusive disc products being paywalled to streaming membership tiers and them not stocking other companies "lesser selling" titles tells you all you need to know. They would love a monopoly similar to the situation with PlayStation and we absolutely must not let that happen. Unlikely though it might seem to some, the PS situation tells us that indifference and ignorance is a big factor.

Also because I've mentioned the PlayStation situation and soulless corporate zombies love defending them to the death (They can't help themselves)... just know you will be muted and or blocked if I don't feel you add anything to the conversation or are insulting for no good reason.

Remember, choice being taken away in any situation is NEVER a good thing.

@Stuie93 @Stealth40k Grab the Castlevania Requiem Pack on PSN. It contains the best Classicvania style Castlevania game, Rondo of Blood, and the best overall Castlevania game, Symphony of the Night.

[Anxious_Android32 @Anxs_Android32]

@Sketch1984 @discotekmedia Agreed, C.O.W. Boys is a great guess.

[Anxious_Android32 @Anxs_Android32]

@MercuryFalcon @ChadVision Saw someone mention Grendizer and Mazinger Z vs. Devilman, and yeah, those would be on my list too.

[Anxious_Android32 @Anxs_Android32]

@MercuryFalcon @ChadVision Votoms
Getter Robo, Getter Robo G, Getter Robo Go
Detonator Orgun
Xabungle
Dirty Pair

@Anime0t4ku @PixelCNinja You’re an absolute madman in the best way

[Anxious_Android32 @Anxs_Android32]

Heavy month for me between Monster, Digimon, and Zegapain. I’m already 20 titles deep on my MediaOCD wishlist before these were announced, and there’s no sign of it slowing down.

[AnimEigo @AnimEigo]

Pre-orders for the August @discotekmedia Blu-rays are up at the MediaOCD store!

Monster Collection 1, Digimon Season 3, Kamen Rider Skyrider, Journey to Japan, Hana Yori Dango, Zegapain, & the Sgt. Frog movies!

It's a big month!

@otakunateshow @Sketch1984 Tip for anyone in the US, some Aniplex titles released in Japan on blu ray have English dubs & subs. Both Baccano! and Durarara for sure do, and you can find them used on Ebay for decent prices or import them new still. Not ideal, and can be pricy though for sure.

[Anxious_Android32 @Anxs_Android32]

@Anime0t4ku @josembarroso Can’t wait to check it out!

[Anxious_Android32 @Anxs_Android32]

@Anime0t4ku @lu_source You are on fire! I don’t load up my MiSTer now without also checking in on MiSTer Companion. Thanks for the awesome tool.

[Anxious_Android32 @Anxs_Android32]

@CDRomance_Spike Hey Spike, can I get the link to the repo?

[Anxious_Android32 @Anxs_Android32]

@Crunchyroll using AI to close caption dubs and @PrimeVideo using AI to DUB anime is sadly not surprising, but it is disgusting. There are so many talented people they could pay to do these jobs instead of shoveling out heartless slop.

@DCOfficial will the Compendiums and DC Finest collections ever come to Comixology?
