@TravelodgeUK absolutely appalling service and provision at Guildford. Had to change room because of smell in room. New room dirty and no heating. Told no other rooms available

@TravelodgeUK when you check into your room and the bin hasn't been emptied. Makes it pretty clear that the room hasnt been cleaned to your published Travelodge Protect+ standards
