My 91 yo pt told me she needed to loose weight. She weighs 98 lbs… I had to explain how muscle & fat were important for overall health. Our clothes are meant to fit us, we aren’t meant to fit our clothes. When will we move from this weight obsessed mindset?

The women I’ve met, listed to, & caught up w/this weekend have blown my mind. There’s so much knowledge & inspiration to be shared. Incredibly excited to learn & grow knowing I have people like me to look up to. #womeninhealthcare#APTACSM#DPTstudent#PTfam
