@iamjustlee Hi Lee, Yes, you are correct. Changes in the environment affect aeolosoma. Even water temperature alone has an impact.

Scapholeberis are water fleas. They feed on algae & bacteria from the surface film.

Their forehead is often armoured with a horn. Asexual eggs hatch in the female brood pouch. Adults can live for a few months.

Scapholeberis live in temperate and boreal environments, feeding on algae and bacteria from the surface film. They hang upside-down and filtrate food by gliding forward. These animals are around 1mm long.
