Governance for ANYONE is built around the idea that the biggest contributors to the network should have a vote on how it evolves.

To that end, we are proposing an update to governance, on extending voting power to relay operators, by granting voting power to every token locked for relays (without requiring any additional lock time!).

This modification will itself be put to vote to the community. Look out for the upcoming proposal!
