I need to tell you what @NameHerocom did to my small business. This is not a rant. This is not venting. I paid @NameHerocom $3,246.12 for a 3-year VPS hosting plan. Over the next 11 months they took my website down repeatedly, upsold me products that didn't work, blamed coding errors on a website I built myself using nothing but WordPress and WooCommerce with zero coding knowledge, told me to contact a developer I have never had and never needed, approved a $2,238.74 refund in writing, and then took it back when I confirmed my payment details. To every small business owner reading this thread, I want to leave you with something real. I did everything right. I researched before I committed my money. I invested seriously in what I believed was a quality infrastructure. I documented every single issue formally, with evidence, every time it occurred. I raised concerns professionally and without aggression across eleven months of failures. I gave @NameHerocom chance after chance after chance to fix the problem and make things right. I never exaggerated. I never threatened. I just kept asking, patiently and persistently, for what was fair. And it still ended like this. Your website is your business. For some of us it is everything, the difference between a thriving operation and a struggling one, between paying our staff and not, between keeping customers and losing them. The people you trust with that responsibility should deserve that trust. Please do your research before you commit. Please read the reviews, all of them, including the ones that companies stop responding to.
