A good interview doesn’t mean all fluffy, positive questions (think of the boring recycled radio interviews from the past).

In fact, the best interviews are respectful, well researched, and at the same time, provide space for the interviewees to address some of the biggest topics around their name. Not “gotcha” questions, but topics that lead to a meaningful discussion. These kinds of interviews hold more weight with the general public because they’re more authentic.

This is how I view the @RollingStone interview. The questions focused on giving more insight into why BTS, a massively successful group for over a decade, works so well together and how they make music with so many different perspectives.

It’s exciting to see them dive into these topics with honesty and embrace their future without as much pressure so they can simply enjoy making music together.
