@Romy_Holland In Yugioh, Mokuba calls his bro "Seto-sama" instead of "oni-san" because he's his idol. Yami Bakura uses "ore-sama" for himself, which is very pretentious. Pegasus gets 'sama' from workers but not Yugi; Atem, a literal king, is called "Pharaoh" instead (since his name's a secret)
@watchdutyapp Could we get an app update for Los Angeles incident #1724? It's a fire underneath the 110 in San Pedro, they mentioned they might close both lanes on the 110
@deeslifex I call this the Pistachio Principle. I was stressed out from multiple customers, and my Persian coworker gave me a few pistachios as a treat. I flipped to happy so fast, she made my day. It was just a snack, but knowing someone cared/saw me as a person was enough to cheer me up!
@skldrawsandstu1 If that one menswear guy was rating their fits
Also, amount of time spent getting ready in the morning, you *know* Yugi spend at least 30min on hair gel!
@midtowncowboys There are schools in the South that gloss over racism, I know because I went to one. The Trail of Tears was a single paragraph and we always "ran out of time" just before we got to the Civil Rights era in history class. Wasn't until I changed schools that I got the true facts!
@ViznerCarn@DomainDead @CharCharm_e Turquoise blue was released as part of the Nintendogs Best Friends Edition bundle pack. I got one as a kid for Christmas, it still has the Nintendogs sticker on it!
@tafphorisms@_VioMarks_ NES/SNES. Atari was one of the earliest home consoles and had very simple graphics w/limited color palettes. NES had 8-bit graphics, SNES 16, meaning more detail and wider ranges of colors. Toby's works resemble the 16-bit era, albeit with more color options
