@oconnellhugh Every government project that involves OPW requires separate infrastructure even when built on same site. Separate IT/Electrical/communications/Security etc. No sharing of services just multiple costs.

@NIAMHBL Grease proof paper underneath the grill tray. Catches the grease and the food crisps. When you get used to it you will appreciate the speed. I get grease proof liners from Temu. Parboil some little potatoes. Drain. Add some oil and your preferred seasoning. 20 mins gorgeous
