lol ok, I’ve lived around the Wharf since it opened. Been carjacked at gunpoint. My gf got beat half to death by a group of young girls for a gang initiation. I’ve had friends shot or stabbed for no reason. None of those people were caught. Pull up & be out past 1am or shut up

This is complete BS. Not denying a DC crime problem, but I've been to the Wharf many nights and on weekends prior to this crackdown and it was always packed with people. Same with other nightlife areas and restaurants. I hope people and news organizations are sharing their videos of these areas earlier this year to prove people weren't cowering in their homes, afraid to come out until the federal government came in to save them. And, as a reminder, this is coming from someone who thinks there is a role for the feds in helping reduce DC crime. Here's another reminder of something I've believed for decades: Never trust any politician – Democratic, Republican, Independent, or anything else – who pats themselves on the back over short-term crime stats.

@acaseofthegolf1 Lol I’ve gone OB on this hole more times than I’d like to admit. Fairway is 20 yards wide. Left is OB or lost ball 3’ tall weeds. Right is totally blocked by trees and green side bunker
