We encourage all APAG union members negatively affected by the Exec. Board to send a complaint.
The election was neither fair or democratic.
Best part? Someone already wrote down all the facts.
You can DM us for a template and directions.

All things that are tweeted are from @alanaevansxxx twitter. It is public information. I'm just a parody account retweeting the best tweets and everything Alana Evans!
@ApagFacts The narrative we see?
Members they expelled were the ones who spoke up / spoke out against the Execs in the Dec meeting for the racism/transphobia on display & problematic ways they handled the situation.
Shockingly, those who CARED enough to speak up also CARED to help APAG.
@ApagFacts We suspect they'll claim they're far too busy doing other aspects of their Exec work (like holding meetings to expel members without trial but waiting a month to tell them) to do THOSE aspects of their Exec work.
If only there were a way to DELEGATE those tasks to others...?
@MemberBlasts It's almost like the people they expelled were trying to volunteer to advance the union?
Instead of accepting help and delegating tasks they mass removed those members.
This stuff REALLY needs to be addressed at the next APAG Union meeting.
Only question is, WHEN is the next meeting?
The website remains outdated. Heck, they still haven't posted the minutes of SEVERAL meetings.
Any members know the next meeting date, or who maintains the site?
We understand that there is CLEARLY a pattern building of APAG Execs working to silence and remove anyone willing to stick their neck out and speak up about the problematic and rule-breaking behaviors going on.
But if we don't continue to push for CHANGE, they win by default...
Side note, just a pet peeve - when you blatantly copy/paste the same text into multiple e-mails, at LEAST check the line breaks so the lines don't look so goofy.
Here we go, a FOURTH member of APAG who was expelled based on a Dec 16th Officer Meeting & not notified until Jan 23rd.
This is the THIRD with the EXACT SAME trumped-up charges, no trial, no evidence, no appeal.
Why isn't there more outrage about this?

THIS is what is needed.
For victims to KEEP SPEAKING UP.
For APAG Members to KEEP LISTENING and FILE COMPLAINTS and HOLD THE EXECS RESPONSIBLE for the VIOLATIONS of APAG rules being done by them!
PLEASE help by RTing these posts.
GET PEOPLE TO LISTEN AND TAKE ACTION!
In addition, WarmOrange has confirmed they were removed from the APAG Discord and filed a formal Complaint.
Speaking up at the APAG Meeting: Dec 12
The Discord removal: Dec 13
Secret expulsion decision: Dec 16
Discord Complaint / Trial reminder: Jan 6
Notice of expulsion: Jan 23
Where this differs?
WarmOrange wasn't "charged" with any violations (still no trial).
Their membership happened BEFORE the by-laws were ratified; they DO qualify as an Adult Performer nonetheless (active content-selling page).
WarmOrange CAN and IS APPEALING.
Note:
Once again, this was a decision made on Dec 16th by Alana, Kelly, and Ruby.
Once again, there was NO mention of it until Jan 23rd, hours before the next APAG Meeting where these people would have had another chance to speak out.
Once again, this looks to be "silencing".
More to add, of COURSE.
Confirming a 3rd APAG Member who spoke out in that Dec Union meeting was kicked out, along the exact same timeline.
THIS one differs; WarmOrange was removed via e-mail (note vs the others) for "not meeting qualifications" - despite a year of membership.
