@Strnasty And the government wouldn’t be choosing who gets credit at what rate, I mean a simple rate ceiling that’s probably gonna be around 20%, if they can’t make billions with something that simple, well then they’re relying on predation methods to the morons of the world.
@Strnasty Definitely more intricacies than just high rates bad low rates good, but at it’s baseline it’s hard to argue ‘high rates good’. Seems like it’s weird nobody has done that, 15% interest on top of charging 5 to the businesses should be more than profitable itself.
@Strnasty Or even preventing some people from falling into the trap or too deep into the trap is all. I know I’m not the sharpest tool in the shed , but I’m not an idiot too and I fell into it from 22-26 not knowing how bad only paying the minimum was…
@Strnasty You’re probably right, it’ll never happen or they’ll ’agree to cap the interest rates at 25%’ or something as 10 is most likely the negotiating cellar. And I guess it’s people’s rights to live in debt too, I just think I can absolutely see this helping a chunk of those people too
@Strnasty Yeah I mean I could get behind the thought that it’s fair for what’s paid off, if they weren’t charging the 3-5% of every single transaction to the business’ too. Even if everybody paid their balance off they’re guaranteeing that much up front already.
@Strnasty That’s all fair, and I agree it’s a self inflicted wound. But the fact that 2 companies hold 70+% of the credit cards/debt, idk man. Feels monopolistic and predatory at those ridiculous rates. Considering 28% is average, maybe 10% is too extreme though.
Congrats to EC Coach Eric Rothgery on his 330th win, making him the school's all-time wins leader as the Panthers defeated Central Christian tonight in Kidron.
Panther Pride!!
@Mo_gotti_21 Depends on what they do in free agency at QB, they’ll take one of these retreads and probably draft one of the top OL or trade down. I could see them taking the kid from Ole Miss in the 2/3rd depending upon where he’s projecting to go
@OhioF50@JDRhoaddog@NEOZoneHS I couldn’t agree more, but it a sense that was my point. They could play with/win all the way up in D3 or D4 so I understand why a 16 seed from D7 doesn’t want any part of it. Anyway love the work you do and really missed the site when you were down for a few years!
@JDRhoaddog@NEOZoneHS I’m with you man, but considering MSML would probably be a favorite in 5-6 of the 7 divisions (@OhioF50 has them rated #2 overall in the state) to win it, let alone down in D7…I ‘kinda’ get it. But I highly doubt any of the kids made that decision.
@__DreP @Browns People don’t even want a state of the art dome because of ‘real football/on the lake tradition’ so it’ll never happen. But I’ve been saying it for years…we’re named after the family that owns the freaking Bengals, switch it all up.
I love Rodney McCleod, but 230 million…so nah his ‘livelihood’ is just fine. And to compare Damar Hamlin to a torn Achilles…as someone who tore his in college, it’s the worst…that’s just not even close.
"I know every person, they're better than that. At the end of it all, we bleed the same way that you do. We hurt the same way that you do. We struggle the same way that you do and we feel pain the same way that everyone else does."
