I have been harassed by your platform and customer support team for the past one week. My order has been placed, cancelled, reordered, cancelled atleast 5 times. Everytime they give the same reason and literally torture the customer. Help please this is fraud.
@AmazonHelp But I am not positive that I will recieve an appropriate resolution from your end. My money is stuck on amazon pay. As a customer neither I am getting my product nor my money back. I am done with @amazonIN I just want my money returned to my bank account.
@AmazonHelp Listen Karthik I have spoken to everyone from customer care to account specialist. They give me the same reply that you have given me that we have escalated your complaint. This is what is going on for the past five days and no action has been taken.

@AmazonHelp@AmazonHelp i have spend my entire day dealing with your team. I spoke to your customer service team for an hour. I have also called "Blue dart" to pick the product. If you wish to do something about it please do it now. Or else i will end up paying twice the amount to Blue dart.
