We verified this and there is one report National Family Health Survey (NFHS) for 2015-16, the data of which enclosed below.

So the final numbers are
SC/ST -25.6%
OBC - 51.8%
General - 22.4%

So clearly the upper caste population cannot cross 25% in UP.

Since many of them keep telling that Yadavs have taken the reservation pie, I want to test this with real data....
