As an NFT Project that's been building for years we've learned a few things on our journey.

Slow is better. Nothing good comes from rushing products or ecosystem updates to market.

Dilution is bad. The more assets you have in your ecosystem, the harder it becomes to sustain the project.

Revenue is king. If you don't have a plan to generate project revenue that transcends NFT mint profits, royalties and token sales - you are NGMI.

Your presence matters. There is no substitute for showing up and creating a reputation for yourself. This doesn't mean on Twitter and in Discord. Showing up in person matters. You need to create meaningful relationships and connections.
