I’m in Clark County where Misty Noel is pleading guilty to theft and tax evasion. She’s one of six people charged in the investigation of her husband, former Clark County Sheriff Jamey Noel.
Former Clark County Sheriff Jamey Noel’s daughter, Kasey, was just taken into custody after pleading guilty to nine level 6 felonies for theft and tax evasion.
She appeared for a brief hearing a bit ago. Noel’s wife and daughter are scheduled to be in court today at 1 pm. They’re both charged with theft and tax evasion.
Attorneys say they’re still negotiating possible resolutions for former Clark County Council member Brittney Ferree. She was charged with conflict of interest as part of the investigation of former Clark County Sheriff Jamey Noel. https://t.co/D4101bgpnb
