within 15 mins of making the reservatipn online we looked for online option but with no hrlp we went to the property directly . I did call your customer service number and informed them but there was a long hold with no response . Kindly cancel and refund .

I called last night to cancel our
Online reservation .We went to the property and stayed last.night informed about the change in date as well . So far we havent recieved an e-mail informing about todays cancellation and refund.
