What sacrifice for ($)success used to mean:
Going to a different country
No language, no money, family&friends behind. Starting from the bottom
What it means today:
Dropping college & loser friends while waiting for Amazon store to kick off in mom's basement with AC & Food
I find it funny how people glorify their success.
"The things I sacrificed".
What exactly do people sacrifice for success? Getting drunk on weekends? Come on.
You only sacrifice what society expects you to be/do.
Sacrifice the opinion others have on you. That's all.
Everyone wants to get rich
Then you tell them everything you gave up from 18-25
They suddenly lose interest and take advice from guys who didn’t make it instead
Take what you want and need from them, and ignore the rest.
Don't learn morals and ethics from bad people, but you can definitely learn other valuable shit from them.
"Ohh he's a violent man!"
How does it discredit his financial/social knowledge?
"HOW DO YOU FOLLOW THIS MAN HE'S A BAD PERSON!!"
People here seem to care too much about the personality behind the account.
WHO GIVES A FUCK?
If a man here provides value, his personality means 0 for me.
My goal isn't to learn about morals and ethics.
Everyone had done shady shit in their lives and engaged in "not-so-moral" activities.
What does that mean? That nobody is worth learning from?
If you only seek to learn from morally superior people, you'll remain dumb your entire life.
Get off Twitter then and go to the Church
@lordaedonis Yup.
All of my best dates were cheap dates.
At times I went to sit with women at a local park with fucking Doritos and Coke. And banged them later.
However, I was 19-20, won't really work when you're older, but still don't have to break the bank for a coffee date.
