Cure your brain and try this today:
Write your 3 biggest goals.
Check your screen time.
Compare the two.
That gap shows you everything you need to fix.
Most progress problems aren’t skill problems.
They’re attention problems.
Tithe your focus.
@russellbrunson How much of your attention is going to your real mission?
How much of your energy is leaking into distractions?
How much of your time is being invested vs wasted?
That’s what “tithing” actually means.
You’re always paying something.
The question is: to what?
@readswithravi Productivity isn’t doing more.
It’s protecting focus.
The highest performers understand this:
They don’t chase everything.
They choose one direction and absolutely refuse to dilute it.
That’s the real discipline.
@aristotlegrowth The principle was simple:
90% focus → your mission.
10% → everything else.
But most people flip it.
That’s why most people stay stuck.
Too many directions. Too many “opportunities.” Too much noise.
Nothing gets enough depth to grow.
@ActionModelAI In a few years, separating businesses into “AI” and “non-AI” will sound ridiculous.
That’ll be like separating companies into “uses electricity” and “doesn’t.”
@ActionModelAI Now if you can’t use the internet to market, sell, recruit, distribute, communicate, you’re finished before the game even starts.
Nobody says “internet marketer” anymore because the internet became the battlefield itself.
AI is about to do the same thing.
Most people think winning changes your life overnight.
It doesn’t.
What it really changes is your relationship with the next step.
The first step feels impossible.
The next one feels heavy.
But after a few wins, momentum starts carrying part of the weight.
Some days you train the body.
Some days you train the mind not to quit.
Not because it’s easy. Because you promised yourself you would.
That’s what this journey is really about. Becoming someone I can respect.🫡
@getfireblood
No noise. Fueled by something real.
That’s why @getfireblood makes sense to me.
It’s not about the aesthetics. It’s living with honor. Every workout and every challenge, is proof of that relentless energy. You’ve built the movement. I’m the athlete ready to amplify it. 🔥
@getfireblood I respect brands that actually stand for something.
@getfireblood represents intensity, competence, and an unapologetic stand (no blueberry cookie flavors😂). That naturally aligns with the way I train and the life I’m building .
@Dylanmadden Hot take: Gratitude is fuel, operating from gratitude is operating from power, unbelievably more potent than being driven by fear. 2 Timothy 1:7
No Excuses. Built in Silence.
No fancy setup.
Just discipline, consistency, and a refusal to quit.
Gym sessions. Home workouts. Early mornings. Late nights
I’m enjoying the process.
Now I need a team that believes in the grind.
@getfireblood let’s make something dangerous
Compromise doesn’t announce itself with a trumpet. It’s a series of "just this once" moments that eventually eat your backbone.
Where are the men with a spine? Where are the men who will stand for their convictions?
@Dylanmadden The power of momentum is a secret that’s gate-kept by high achievers. The hard part is getting the wheels rolling. I guarantee you, when your arms fill out your sleeves, you won’t need motivation to hit the gym..
Build momentum, then weaponize it.
Got up this morning, and went for a 5k run. The first 2km always feel like hell, the end near impossible.
But once you get that momentum, taking the next step is not so challenging.
The winning effect is real man. Winners only want to keep winning.
That’s the hack.
