βοΈ Join us for our Summer Concert!
πΆ We're so excited to welcome you tomorrow at 2:15 pm for a wonderful afternoon of music with our Aphasia Choir.
π« Tickets are available on the door or online.
π We can't wait to see you there!
π£ This week is #carersweek, celebrating the UK's unpaid carers and recognising the challenges they face.
π« Many of our choir members care for a loved one following their stroke and have had to adapt to life as an unpaid carer overnight. (1/3)
𧑠Our choir offers a welcoming and understanding place where carers of people with aphasia can meet others in the same situation, enjoy time singing with their loved ones and have a break from their caring role.
(2/3)
π£ REMINDER: We will be taking on a cycling challenge on Saturday 14th June.
π«Ά All money raised will go towards supporting the running of our charity choir groups.
There's still time to get involved. (1/2).
πΌ Join our Aphasia Choir on Saturday 21st June for a day of music, community, and joy.
π« Tickets are available at the door or the link above.
π Mark your calendars, bring your friends, and join our summer concert.

Voices of Aphasia was founded in August 2023 by Co-directors and music therapists Denise Wong and Laura Cook.
All VOA trustees are current members of the Bath Aphasia Choir and are people affected by aphasia.
VOA focuses on singing upbeat and enjoyable songs as a group, inspired by choir members' personal experiences of stroke and aphasia.
The choir continues to provide opportunities to meet new friends, socialise with others with shared experiences, and foster a community of care.
