@etihad customer service lies, they give you fake telephone number of random company to take it up with them. you cannot talk to the same person everytime you call. been on the phone with them already 4 times and 5-6 emails. they just dont want tonadmitmor solve
anything.

@etihad This airliner is so bad in solving things and communication. There is nobody you can reach, nobody that can do anything except selling tickets. had a baggage damage, they refuse to solve it, minor damage to them. customer satisfaction is a lie!
