1525 has an emergency clause that technically can bypass the super majority vote since it’s an amendment added by the governer but LIS still says effective 7/1.

Can an 18 year old still purchase a so called assault rifle?

They did not decide on the legal merits of the referendum when they stayed the blocks and instead will hear arguments on Thursday I believe.

@josephproctor21 @chriswithans @earlyvotedata To clarify for number one, originally an injunction was put in place because it was challenged in court. The VA Supreme Court basically said they would decide on the legality of the referendum after it is done.
