Thanks for your comment. We ship spare parts out of our Montreal warehouse and we are currently coordinating with UPS to get a replacement printer as soon as possible. However, our scooters are shipped from other locations which are not affected by this issue.

Congrats on the City Pro! You will need to set the top speed on the basic settings, not the advanced settings.
When connected to the scooters, click the 3 dots on the dashboard.
Then click on the gear Icon
Then click on ''Top Speed-Limit''
Then press on ''Save''
