I'm allowed to not like color schemes and layouts - this is a subjective observation.

I understand the scheming around the 1976ers can be pretty difficult so I appreciate the red-white-blue but I'm also not a fan of logos that are largely negative space (I think the white serves better as an accent than a main backing) and I just do not like the font in the logo.

I think it would be clever to try to incorporate/combine the circle of 13 stars of the original colonies as a sort of implied outline of the basketball itself, as opposed to having the 13-star circle over the 7 and within the basketball. It makes the design very busy and messy in a way I can't appreciate.

@seandreilly Yeah, all subjective in the end. I wouldn't call the new ones corporate personally, but they definitely use more of a universal base template (fit logo in a circular patch).

I prefer sleek and simple styles. The raptor is cool and all, but that logo is very busy, the grey letters and basketball look ugly, and the purple background looks ugly.

The new logo is a simpler black, red, white scheme setup, and I like the claw marks tearing at the seams of the basketball - it has a very aggressive vibe to it that calls back to the team name in a stylish way.

I am far from the most proficient fighting game player of all time, but I've had my fun in the genre over the years. Anyone who has been around the space long enough is likely familiar with niche titles like Bloody Roar / Beastorizer - a fighting game featuring beastial transformations.

This "full-wolf" Apollo pays some homage to that glitchy, loveable mess of a game as well as to some other similar characters from the genre like Sabrewulf (Killer Instinct.)

That being said, the intolerant minority is incredibly, incredibly loud (and probably bot amplified) in the comments. A lot of posts that are "point and laugh" worthy from the hate brigade stumbling around this time of the year.

Very close to Jericho and RVD over HHH and Eddie, but Trips is a more intimidating leader and Eddie was loveable as a face and a heel - massive charisma.
