@Taanya_K Not really, Taanya. For instance, I don't eat even my sibling's jhootha, who is obviously the same caste as me. I think jhootha in itself is a caste neutral word.
So, yes, I can explain the word to a non-desi person without relying on om prakash valmiki! 🙃
