Eval so far: -$693 / 2000 (-3.46R)

0% win rate across all trades. Still early in the eval (until July 22nd), so Im continuing to take B setups for now. If the system keeps performing like this, Ill need to make adjustments.

Bearish trend day after respecting the 1h and close below 4h increased the bearish momentum, so no reversal IFVGs long to take today.

dud, u just made me realize one of the reasons Ive been unprofitable. I had completely crazy expectations for how much R I “should” make every month

In reality, 3R is actually great n 8R+ is fantastic
There were so many months where I could hv just stopped at 4R profit and walked away happy. That alone would hv made me way more consistent.

Instead, I kept trading every single opportunity, trying to juice the maximum R possible… and ended up giving it all back to the market.
