No constitutional clause.
Courts still work in this country.
That’s the law, not a Trump tantrum.

If Trump tries to shut them down so he can play general, that’s not martial law. That’s a president smashing the referee because he’s losing.

The Insurrection Act is not martial law. It lets him send troops to help civilian government. It does not let him replace it, seize the vote, or delete Election Day.

Election Day is locked in federal statute.
Only Congress can move it.

A rant, an EO, or “national security emergency” theater does not.

And the clock still runs: this Congress dies at noon on January 3, 2027 whether Trump holds the election or tries to strangle it. Terms expire. They don’t get extended because he’s scared of a blue wave.

America voted in a civil war.

Trump wants to skip a midterm because the polls hurt his feelings.

Threatening martial law to dodge voters isn’t strength.
It’s a confession: he can’t win clean, so he wants the military to do what the ballot won’t.

That’s not a president.
That’s a man daring the country to stop him from ripping up the scoreboard.

November 3 is happening.
