@007PanDemetrios Only the greeks went with the new calendar. There are many who held onto the old calendar and rejected ecumenism without being in the GOC.

You can't justify schism, not even the blood of martyrs will forgive this sin.

@GOCAmerica But walling off is not permission to establish a separate church and perpetuate schism. Look at the Donatists: they began by opposing compromised clergy, yet their resistance hardened into lasting separation from the Church.

@GOCAmerica I do not need to prove what is already plainly evident. Just as Papists are clearly outside Orthodoxy, the endless slices among the GOC jurisdictions clearly reveals schism. Each group claims to be the Church while remaining divided from the others. The pattern speaks for itself.

@GOCAmerica Yes, you're far, extremely far, you schismed. You never did what St Mark of Ephesus did or any of our Saints. You schismed and that's all there is.

@GOCAmerica Believe whatever you choose, but this is clearly prelest. Read the Church Fathers and the lives and writings of the Saints. Your reasoning is illogical. Protestants read the same Bible that we do, yet look at the countless errors.
