@JagexSupport how come a company the size of jagex has no customer support. My account got hacked a week ago and the only thing I have heard is a generic response saying try again, from somebody that clearly didn't look into it. Its disgraceful.

@JagexSupport how am I being told I don't have enough information to get my own hacked account back? I can prove it's my account by the PayPal transactions for membership that have been going out for years. Can somebody please look into this.
