@OPaySupport My account was recently restricted, I contacted customer care in that regards and the lady that responded was not helpful, she was listening less and talking more like someone that has anger issues, it will be highly appreciated if the account is restored as soon as possible

@greenafrica Your customer service is one of the worst customer service on earth, how can you cancel my flight for over two months, and still I havenโt got my refund? Called countless time, send emails, bank statements of accounts, and yet no actions from your ends?
@greenafrica My eyes have seen shege because I want my refund, the stress and calls is even more than the value of the refundโฆ na me Come meet una shall, it will never happen again, i will trek to my destination instead
@greenafrica My flight has been cancelled for over two months now, but I m yet to get a refund, I have called customer care countless times, even sent statement of account on several occasions because different customer care agents always request for it when attending to me.
