@greenafrica Your customer service is one of the worst customer service on earth, how can you cancel my flight for over two months, and still I haven’t got my refund? Called countless time, send emails, bank statements of accounts, and yet no actions from your ends?

@greenafrica My flight has been cancelled for over two months now, but I m yet to get a refund, I have called customer care countless times, even sent statement of account on several occasions because different customer care agents always request for it when attending to me.
