Good question. From what Octagram says, it doesn't need internet at all, since USSD runs without data and MoMoGram saves each record on the phone as the transaction happens. You can export the day's records to PDF or Excel.

Lock your SIM, not just your phone. If a thief puts your SIM in another phone, your MoMo OTPs go with it. Set a SIM PIN: on Android search "SIM lock" in Settings, on iPhone go to Settings > Mobile Data > SIM PIN. Get your PUK from your network first so you don't lock yourself out
