@MatthewVolonni1 Thanks for catching that! Could you please open a GitHub issue and attach a screen recording? We’re collecting feedback for the next update, and it’ll help us investigate and fix the issue. Thanks!
@LolingVerse@source Really valuable feedback, thank you. You're right - plain docs aren't a harness.
We're going to improve the agent side step by step, starting with the next update.
React UI without the maintenance headaches: 60+ polished components as a real npm package — accessible, themeable, TypeScript-strict, AI-agent ready.
Free forever. MIT.

Really appreciate this feedback.
Two quick questions so we can fix the right thing:
1. Did you point the agent at https://t.co/c9ImKFRPTN / llms-full.txt, or did you let it browse the docs site directly?
2. Was your Tailwind v4 @source line set up before the agent started? If the components render unstyled, agents "fix" it by writing their own CSS — that's the fastest path to slop, and it's on my docs, not you.
Motion is built in.
Appica UI ships with polished animation - no config. Just import and it moves.
Countdown. Bar & dot loaders. Spinner - all in dark mode this time.
Reduced-motion respected out of the box.

Boring UI is a choice.
Every Appica UI component responds when you touch it - microinteractions and motion that make the interface feel tactile, not static.
Checkbox. Switch. Slider. Number field. Live form validation.
60+ free components, built on Base UI. Reduced-motion always respected.

Makes sense! Tailwind's a deliberate choice for us, not an accident - we wrote up why we ship source instead of prebuilt CSS here: https://t.co/WiRfCZ9XCs
That said, since our design tokens (colors, fonts, radii, shadows) are all CSS variables, a prebuilt CSS option for non-Tailwind folks is something we might add down the line - tokens would stay overridable either way. Not moving off Tailwind though, it stays the foundation 🙂
@TotalWorldApps Thanks, glad you like it! FYI the seven sizes are just presets. Any custom size works via the size prop, and the badge scales with it automatically.

Avatars sound simple — until you need sizes, shapes, fallbacks and status badges.
In the Appica UI Playground: 7 sizes, circle or rounded, image / initials / icon, status dots that pulse. Tweak it live, copy the code.

One component, 7 text effects:
typewriter · scramble · rise · highlight · wave · flip · shimmer
Type your own text in the Appica UI Playground, split by char / word / line, set the speed — then copy the snippet.
One component a day. Follow along.
