Hey @GracoBaby my crib was damaged in shipment, I called for replacement parts and I have gotten them since July 11 when FedEx lost my replacement parts. I have a crib in pieces, FedEx is no help your parts department is no help. Your product and support fucking sucks. HELP!!! I’m over it. Replacement Parts Order #749633 fix this or I’m pretty sure no one should buy your shit.
