This mommy dog was tide up without WATER or FOOD, while her puppies is locked inside the house, the kennel and pillow we gave her a few months before, we also gave her food and water and we reported it to Law Enforcement, the owner got a warning a WARNING!!! Please @alanwinde explain to me why animals does not have ANY rights in this country, because the goverment decided cats and dogs do not have any feelings, they do not feel pain, get cold etc, they are property!!! You have the power to change this but you dont, after more then 20 emails to you, you still ignores me!!!
She deserves better!!!!!!
The past few days have left me with a heartbreaking realization. 💔
We have animal protection laws, and I am grateful that there are laws meant to protect vulnerable animals. But standing where I stand, facing the suffering that happens every day, I have realised that our domestic animals are not always as protected as our hearts believe they should be.
When you see animals who are hungry, neglected, sick, and desperately needing help, your first instinct is to save them. You want to be their voice, their safety, and their chance at a better life.
But sometimes, even when you have seen the suffering with your own eyes, your hands are tied. Sometimes the very system that is meant to protect them leaves you unable to make the changes you so desperately want to make for them.
That is the part that hurts the most.
Not because we do not understand that laws and processes are important, but because behind every case, every report, and every decision, there is a living being who feels pain, fear, hunger, and loneliness.
Walking away from animals who need help is something no person with a compassionate heart ever wants to do. The hardest part of rescue is not always the emergencies we face—it is the moments when we want to do more, but we are not able to.
My hope is that one day our laws will truly reflect the protection our domestic animals need. That their voices will carry more weight. That their suffering will lead to action and not just paperwork. And that they will be recognized as celestial beings that feel love, pain, abandonment and heartache and that they hurt the same as us.
Until then, we will continue to care. We will continue to speak for those who cannot speak for themselves. We will continue to do everything we can within our ability.
Because every life matters. 🐾❤️
Danger’s (we renamed him Archie, - it means TRULY BRAVE) burn wounds are so much worse than we first thought. 💔
Our hearts are broken for this precious boy. He has been through unimaginable pain, and after speaking to the Vet, we know that he cannot go back to the place where this happened to him. He deserves safety, peace, and the chance to truly heal.
We are now praying to find the perfect rehabilitation centre or safe placement for Danger — somewhere he can recover physically and emotionally, surrounded by kindness and care. We just ask that it is a place we can afford, because our rescue is already struggling with enormous Vet bills.
Please keep Danger in your prayers tonight. Pray that the right people see this post, that the perfect place opens up for him, and that this beautiful dog finally gets the life he deserves.
If anybody knows of a rehabilitation centre, sanctuary, or special healing space for badly abused dogs, please contact Zola’s Paw Rescue.
We refuse to give up on him. 🐾
Went to search for them after someone sent me this picture… but I could not find them. 💔
It is absolutely heartbreaking to think of this little family out there somewhere tonight… a mommy dog and her tiny babies, walking the streets just looking for food, safety, and kindness.
And the hardest part is that even if I did find them… where would I take them? We are already overflowing, every corner filled, every foster stretched, every cent counted.
This is why I dream of a sanctuary so badly. A place where no mother has to raise her babies in fear. A place where we never have to turn away, never have to wonder “where will they sleep tonight?” A place filled with warm beds, full tummies, safety, and love.
Sometimes the need feels so endless, and my heart feels so heavy. But I will never stop hoping that one day we will have that sanctuary… because families like this deserve so much more than the life they are forced to survive. 🐾

Jade and her Netball girls spent their day spoiling our doggies with soft pillows, warm blankets, love, and kindness.
Small things like a loving touch, a warm kennel, and a soft place to sleep may not seem like much to the world… but to a dog who has only known cold nights, hunger, chains, fear, and rejection, those small things can mean everything.
They are still in the township.
They are still suffering.
But they matter.
Every single dog matters — not because of their breed or where they live, but because they feel pain, fear, loneliness, and love just like any other living soul.
Sometimes changing a life begins with something small… and today, these girls did exactly that. Just look at how happy they are, the wagging tails, the excited little faces, and the joy of simply feeling cared for
One day when I have my sanctuary they will be off chains, on a warm bed, with fulle tummies and loved
