@JagexSupport Hello, my account was hijacked 2 days ago even though I had 2FA on my RS account and e-mail. My bank pin may be deactivated soon.. My 5 recovery attempts were denied even though I have sent a lot of personal information such as (old and recent) billing/ISP details.

In all 5 denied requests, they are asking for old passwords. I've given all the ones I still know. It's a very old account I can't remember all of them. In each recovery attempt I added more personal details. Are those being looked at?
Feeling helpless here. What can I still do?
