At the weekend 7 more of our own staff took part in a British Cycle rider leader training session. This now means we have 11 staff qualified to take our young people out and about safely in our area! Look out for our up and coming bike-fortnight for KS2!

Today in art class 3 have been continuing our work on experimenting with colour mixing. Today was all about the colour green and we explored how to create different shades of green. We then created our own โgreen fingersโ artwork! ๐กโ๐ต๐ฐ๐ข
Today in Science class 3 have been on a hunt looking for signs of spring. We discussed what is different in spring time compared to winter. We observed that flowers are starting to grow, leaves are starting to grow on trees and the weather is changing.
Safer Internet Day assembly workshop this morning for Year 4, @AGFS_Year3 and parents too! Neil Brown from @TeachICT_NT has come to share his expertise, looking at how technology has changed over time and how we can all continue staying safe online ๐ฅ๏ธ ๐ฑ ๐ป

Tonight the PTA hosted a Christmas Wreath Workshop and what a wonderful evening it was! So many happy faces after having created their very own wreath. Thank you to everyone that came along and helped make it such a success!
Today in science class 3 received a message from Mr Bunting asking for our help. He wanted to know which materials would be the best to keep his lunch dry. We had to investigate which materials were waterproof. Some of our sandwiches stayed dry however some ended up very soggy!
A wonderful evening had by all at our PTA Bingo Night! There were plenty of prizes to go around ๐คฉ huge thank you to everyone who came to support us!
