A lot of people felt the loss of CK, and quite a few seem almost surprised at their own feelings. I would propose that it is because we all know that it was a *good* man who was taken from us. He truly lived what he advocated.

There will never be a replacement for Charlie. I think recent events have shown us truly how unique a mark each of us can make, especially if we find the thing that drives us, like he clearly did. Let's carry that mantle forward, not seeking to fill his shoes, but honor them.

driven, true to their morals and ethics, with an open mind and a desire to come together despite disagreement. We desperately needed more of him. We all suffered an incalculable loss with his passing. I know this is one in a multitude of similar sentiments.. 5/6

But I saw him. I heard him. Nobody is claiming he was perfect but, in my opinion at least, he embodied what it meant to live according to your ideals. Very few people can say that, truly. From what I could see, he was a living example of how we should all strive to be; 4/6
