Ive had suicidal thoughts-I didnt want2die-I wanted the tormenting thoughts2stop. Thinking about an escape plan when pain is unbearable = normal&human-those in physical pain do the same&get morphine. Pain of MH issues isnt so easily solved&theres NO need 4 shame.
