@JoeLange When i get back spasms the only thing that seems to help is Methocarbamol (Robaxin): Often preferred for treating muscle pain and spasms because it is highly effective yet less likely to cause severe drowsiness. 1/2 dose usually does the trick. Praying you get some relief.
