@united I’ve been a loyal customer but I didn’t realize that meant holding the plane together in flight. TWO Overhead bins opened during takeoff and landing multiple times and luggage would’ve gone flying if me and the guy across the aisle hadn’t repeatedly closed them. Fix it.
