@GeorgiaPower I received an alert last night there was a power outage. It has not been restored, but your system says it’s on. I have called twice to report the outage and reported it online. I still have no confirmation it’s being worked on, or an estimated restoration time.

@USAA_help USAA, I have been waiting months for my final claim payout. I have submitted everything requested and my claim is still not resolved. I keep getting we will review your documents, then nothing. Will someone please contact me and get my final payment issued? This claim has been dragging since 2024!

@DiscountTire Discount Tire at the Chamblee location on Peachtree Rd has completely wasted my time. I took my BMW there for tires. Was told they couldn’t replace them bc they needed my key lock which I didn’t have. Took more time off work, made an apptmt with BMW just to wait two hours for them to tell me my wheels aren’t locked! Called Discount Tire and they pretty much said not sure what you want us to do about wasting your time. Terrible customer service response!

@PapaJohns Can you please remove me from your emails. I have unsubscribed from all communications several times this year and you keep emailing me. This is illegal and is now considered harassment. Remove me or I will pursue legal action. I’m sure I’m not the only one.

@USAA_help My claims adjuster is not responsive to my claim. I filed a claim on April 8th and still no resolution. I have a million dollar policy and and fighting to get less than the 10% of that, that I need to repair my home. The assigned USAA adjuster has been dragging his feet and not wanting to give me the money I need or respond. I had to hire a public adjuster to represent me and still cant get a timely reply. Our last letter was on Nov 12th. It’s Dec 9 and still no response. I need to repair my home. My house is in chaos with an exposed attic with my family breathing this stuff for months. Way to treat your vets.

@USAA_help The last my adjuster heard from USAA was 9/17. They said they were still reviewing my claim and would be done by week’s end. It is October. I filed my claim in April. This is so sad how you all are treating your veterans. We have a million dollar policy that we pay to protect our home and my family has had to live in a house with floors, ceilings and walls torn open, and an exposed attic for months because you all refuse to settle my claim.

@USAA_help I have an open claim and cannot get anyone on the phone to assist me, so I can get my home repaired. My claim opened on April 8th and I am still calling daily, leaving voicemails for my claims adjuster and their manager with no return phone call. Please someone help me

@AthleticEvents I am a founding member of the Buckhead location in Atlanta, Ga, at Phipps Plaza. This location is already showing signs of decline. A lot of broken equipment, no towels later in the day, people in the pool with gym clothes on and nothing is being done about it.
